We're looking for a talented individual to step into the vital role of Process Improvement Analyst within our Revenue Services and Finance team. This is a fantastic oppourtunity to contribute directly to our strategic goals, particularly in becoming a leading digital health service and ensuring our sustainability.
Your new role
Reporting jointly to the Revenue Systems Manager and the General Manager, Revenue Services, you will be at the forefront of optimising how we operate. Your primary focus will be on driving process efficiency, identifying oppourtunties for revenue growth, and enhancing overall performance within Revenue Services. You'll play a crucial part in creating a more streamlined, efficient, and digitally advanced billing and revenue function for RMH.
Key responsibilties include:
- Analysing & Mapping: Diving deep into existing billing, cashering, and collection workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas ripe for improvement
- Designing & Implementing: Leading the creation and rollout of innovative digital revenue projects, with a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Collaborating: Working closely with the Revenue Systems Manager and the Business Improvement and Automation team to select, implement, and support RPA solutions (especially using UiPath)
- Driving Change: Engaging with end-users, gathering requirements, documenting processes (Process Design, Solution Design and Support Documents), and managing change effectively within our teams
- Optimising Revenue: Identifying potential new revenue sources and implementing strategies to capture them, tracking the impact of your initiatives
- Achieving Targets: Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and contributing to achieving key Revenue KPIs.

You are ideally someone who:
- Possesses a strong track record in data-driven service optimisation and implementing digital enhancements
- Experiance with RPA software, specifically UiPath
- A genuine commitment to continuous improvment and embracing change
- Can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive team environment. A qualification in Business Information Systems, IT, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Demonstrates leadership potential and a commitment to continuous improvement.
