We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner – Employee Relations to provide expert, best-practice industrial and employee relations advice and hands-on support across the organisation.

This pivotal role supports the People & Culture Business Manager, Employee Relations Team Leader, P&C Business Partners, and senior leaders to manage risk, resolve complex matters and deliver successful workforce outcomes. You will play a key role in EBA implementation, organisational change, and building leader capability across RMH.

 

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert, commercially sound employee and industrial relations advice, including investigations, conduct and performance matters, EBA interpretation and cessation of employment
  • Lead representation and advocacy for RMH in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals, achieving timely and effective outcomes
  • Support organisational change and EBA implementation by building leadership capability and confidence in the application of industrial instruments
  • Develop and maintain best-practice employee relations resources, templates, education materials and reporting to manage risk and support decision-making
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting psychological safety, compliance, wellbeing and continuous improvement

 

What will you bring?

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Strong experience across employee and industrial relations within a complex organisation
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian industrial relations framework and Enterprise Agreements
  • Demonstrated experience managing investigations, change processes and tribunal matters
  • Highly developed communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • A commitment to RMH values, wellbeing, safety and continuous improvement
