About The Royal Melbourne Hospital
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) part of the Parkville Precinct and is one of Australia's leading public hospitals, providing a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services, as well as rehabilitation, aged care, specialist clinics and community programs.
RMH are seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Health Intelligence team. Reporting to the Director of Health Intelligence, you will serve as the key liaison between our technical specialists and external stakeholders, managing the implementation lifecycle of a complex digital initiative

About the role

Manage comprehensive project frameworks and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to achieve strategic digital transformation objectives

Translate complex technical concepts into accessible information for non-technical audiences and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders

Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to finalise requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and develop training materials to support user adoption

Provide multiple solutions to problems identified, working collaboratively to find innovative approaches to emerging issues

Develop and implement project plans using established methodologies, proactively monitoring performance against deliverables and schedules
-
Create sustainable frameworks for ongoing communication, work prioritisation, and optimisation of digital tools following project completion
About you
Qualifications

Post-graduate qualification related to healthcare, health administration, or business analysis
Essential
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in project management and business analysis with expertise in established methodologies

Experience working in healthcare settings, preferably tertiary hospitals or healthcare operations
-
Demonstrated ability to engage and build strong relationships with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
-
Strong presentation skills with ability to confidently present to small or large groups
Desirable

Understanding of patient access and flow workflows within health service settings

Sound understanding of how data can support clinical and business outcomes

Previous experience in developing and delivering training curriculum with ability to effectively engage participants
