About the Role
Working alongside nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care and support to patients.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support the delivery of safe and effective clinical care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, empathetic and professional approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable
- Previous experience in acute, subacute or aged care settings.
- Experience supporting older adults with complex care needs.
