About the Role
Help keep people safe at home and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. As a HARP Physiotherapist, you will:
• Conduct specialist physiotherapy assessments and short-term interventions in home and community settings.
• Support clients with chronic conditions and complex needs to improve function and reduce falls risk.
• Work collaboratively with HARP clinicians, GPs, and community services to deliver coordinated care.

About You
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and AHPRA registration.
• Experience in functional assessments in home environments.
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
• Current Victorian Driver’s License and SWEP registration.
