- Drive innovation, safety and excellence in fabrication services
About the role
- Provide technical leadership for Prosthetics & Orthotics fabrication services across RMH Parkville and RMH Royal Park.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality device production.
- Lead and support technical staff through supervision, education and performance guidance.
- Drive quality control, materials innovation and compliance with safe operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and supervise the Technical Officer team, providing coaching, feedback and performance support
- Oversee daily fabrication workflow to ensure high-quality, timely production of prosthetic and orthotic devices
- Drive innovation in fabrication techniques and materials while maintaining rigorous quality control standards
- Strengthen communication and collaboration between technical and clinical teams
