About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Enrolled Nurse to join Aged Care 4 (AC4), a 25-bed Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) ward at The Royal Melbourne Hospital's Royal Park Campus.
Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to older adults, including patients living with dementia. You will contribute to patient assessment, care planning, health promotion and multidisciplinary care delivery, helping patients achieve their best possible outcomes.
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Essential
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Victorian Employee Working With Children's Check
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and patient care skills
Desirable
- Experience in aged care, subacute or rehabilitation settings
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
