Job Description: 

Contact Services Officer

  • Provide support to our Facilities Management (FM) Support Desk.
  • Monday to Friday hours - 80 hours per fortnight
  • Salary packaging benefits + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Monthly ADO

 

About the role

Working within a multi-skilled team and reporting to the FM Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • FM Help Desk support – comprising of administrative assistance to various departments
  • Customer Service and general Administrative Duties
  • Processing of purchase orders, invoices
  • Fielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiries
  • Dispatching tasks to field technicians

About you

  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Experience with Facilities Management-related software systems
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
  • Exceptional people and customer service skills
  • The ability to complete additional shifts where required,
