Contact Services Officer
- Provide support to our Facilities Management (FM) Support Desk.
- Monday to Friday hours - 80 hours per fortnight
- Salary packaging benefits + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Monthly ADO
About the role
Working within a multi-skilled team and reporting to the FM Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- FM Help Desk support – comprising of administrative assistance to various departments
- Customer Service and general Administrative Duties
- Processing of purchase orders, invoices
- Fielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiries
- Dispatching tasks to field technicians
About you
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Experience with Facilities Management-related software systems
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
- Exceptional people and customer service skills
- The ability to complete additional shifts where required,
