- Salary range $71,300 - $95,400 (pro rata) depending on experience

The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) part of the Parkville Precinct and is one of Australia's leading public hospitals, providing a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services, as well as rehabilitation, aged care, specialist clinics and community programs.
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) ICU has 42 physical bed spaces and currently admits over 2000 patients every year. The RMH ICU provides services to the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre partners, the Peter MacCallum Hospital and the Women’s hospital across the Parkville precinct.

The role:
- Join our supportive ICU team and practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Promote optimal health outcomes through evidence-based nursing practice and participation in continuing education and professional development.
- Contribute to an exciting and positive learning environment by supporting the development of all staff.
About you:
- Post graduate qualification diploma or certificate in critical care (ICU stream)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an acute critical care setting
- Able to commence employment within a 3-month time frame
- Provide high quality patient centred care through your well-developed assessment, clinical reasoning, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
