We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Individual Giving Specialist to lead the execution of the RMH Foundation’s major annual appeals, regular giving acquisition, and supporter retention programs.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless end-to-end delivery of our fundraising campaigns, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external fundraising agencies to execute multi-channel campaigns that inspire and retain donors.

You will lead the growth and optimisation of the RMH Foundation’s brand-new regular giving program, focusing on acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management to maximise long-term donor value.

Your new role:Â
Â
• Reporting directly to the Head of Philanthropic Communications, you will be responsible for project-managing a diverse range of donor engagement activities.           Â
• Lead and execute direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, digital, email, social, and SMS.
• Coordinate supporter retention and engagement programs that foster donor loyalty through automated online and offline journeys.
• Work closely with our external fundraising agency and suppliers to deliver campaigns within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Develop and implement donor upgrade to enhance supporter engagement and long-term giving.
• Oversee the regular giving program, ensuring strong acquisition, retention, and donor lifecycle management.
• Manage campaign budgets, tracking income, expenditure, and return on investment in collaboration with the Data team.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, corporate partnerships, and philanthropy, to align messaging and fundraising objectives.

About you:
Â
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising, direct marketing, or donor engagement.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively
•Proven success in end-to-end campaign management, from planning and, execution to, and optimisation.
•Data-driven mindset, using insights to refine strategies and improve donor engagement.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and making a difference.
