Executive Assistant – People, Culture & Communications | The Royal Melbourne Hospital

 

  • Support our Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO) while contributing to high-level communications and strategic projects.
  • Full-time ongoing role | salary packaging options | 5 weeks A/L + ADOs
  • Work with a team of Executive Assistants | Collaborative team environment

 

About the Role

 

We’re looking for an exceptional communicator and highly skilled EA to support our CPCO. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your executive support skills while contributing to high-level communications, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

 

About You

  • Outstanding writing and communication skills, able to craft documents and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and planning ability, managing executive schedules.

  • The ability to work with integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Executive Support (50%) – Provide high-level administrative support to the CPCO, manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee executive and board sub-committees, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Administrative Support (25%) – Assist the Director of People & Culture and Head of Communications with operational and administrative needs.
  • Communications Support (25%) – Prepare and edit key documents, manage stakeholder relationships, support major events, and maintain internal platforms to ensure templates, reports, and learning materials are up to date.
  • Handle confidential documentation and correspondence with discretion.
  • Assist with finance and operations tasks, including invoice management, credit card reconciliation, and event coordination.
