As a leading healthcare provider, RMH is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and innovation. The Pathology Connect - Test Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the LIS solution by overseeing the Test Strategy and ensuring all components are thoroughly tested before Go Live in June 2026. This position is essential in supporting critical pathology services within the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct.

Your new role:

  • Develop, manage, and implement the Test Strategy for the Pathology Connect LIS solution.
  • Coordinate and align testing activities across the Pathology Connect project team and all LIS vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Lead and inspire Pathology Advisors and team members throughout the testing process.

About You:

  • Strong Planning & Coordination: Ability to plan, articulate, and align test activities with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication & Leadership: Self-starter who can negotiate, engage, and guide teams across RMH, Pathology, and vendors.
  • Test Management Expertise: Passion for test management and regulatory compliance across all SDLC phases.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong background in health applications, Pathology system experience preferred (Epic Beaker LIS, Magentus Evolution vLab, Telstra Health PBRC).
