Spiritual Care Practitioner
- Part Time position available
- Parkville location close to public transport and cafes
- Be an integral part of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Spiritual and Pastoral care team
Your new role:
- Provide Spiritual/Pastoral care to a wide range of inpatients, including palliative care, and their families and carers, at Royal Melbourne main campus.
- Assessing and prioritising Pastoral/Spiritual needs and developing appropriate care plans
- Assisting with the provision of religious and spiritual resources, including Memorial services
- Involved in organisational education, professional development and research.
About you:
- You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
- Qualifications in Pastoral/Spiritual Care or equivalent
- Membership of Spiritual Care Australia at advanced level (or eligibility), with an ability to function at Level 3 of the Credentialing Framework.
