Spiritual Care Practitioner 

• Part Time position available
• Parkville location close to public transport and cafes
• Be an integral part of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Spiritual and Pastoral care team

Your new role:

• Provide Spiritual/Pastoral care to a wide range of inpatients, including palliative care, and their families and carers, at Royal Melbourne main campus.
• Assessing and prioritising Pastoral/Spiritual needs and developing appropriate care plans
• Assisting with the provision of religious and spiritual resources, including Memorial services
• Involved in organisational education, professional development and research.

About you:

• You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
• Qualifications in Pastoral/Spiritual Care or equivalent
• Membership of Spiritual Care Australia at advanced level (or eligibility), with an ability to function at Level 3 of the Credentialing Framework.
