  • Competitive salary $115,000–$120,000 PA depending on experience (+ Super)

  • Full Time, Ongoing Role: includes monthly ADOs

  • Partner with leaders to deliver contemporary, innovative, and best practice advice on both operational and strategic employee relations matters.

Your New Role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in healthcare? Join The Royal Melbourne Hospital/Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service as a P&C Business Partner and become an integral part of our dynamic People & Culture team! In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert HR guidance to leadership and staff, shaping our organisation's future through innovative P&C strategies as well as support integral project work for the new public health service – Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. This position will also transfer to Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service upon transition.

 

  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end generalist P&C services.

  • Offer People & Culture leadership, coaching, and support to line managers and staff, helping to establish a strong foundation of best practices throughout the division.

  • Provide strategic HR / ER advice and support the workforce change and associated planning for the transfer of business and mental health reforms.

  • Supportive managers and team culture that will encourage you to reach your full potential.
