  • Join the growing Podiatry and Diabetic Foot Unit Team at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, working across City, Royal Park and community sites.
  • Please indicate in your application if you have availability for weekday and/or weekend roles.
  • Casual shifts available on an as-needed basis.

Your New Role:

  • A casual podiatry role is clinically focussed, providing clinical assessment, treatment and discharge planning for patients on an as-needed basis.
  • The Podiatry team has a strong supervision and professional development framework which oversees all roles within the team.
  • Patient-centred care: Tailor care to individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Lifelong learning: Continuously develop skills through ongoing education.
  • Educate future professionals: Contribute to student education programs.
  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

 

About You:

  • Passionate and willing to expand your skills with support from specialists.
  • You have well-developed communication skills with a strong ability to develop relationships with relevant team members from Allied Health, Nursing and Medical teams.
  • You demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills.
  • You have previous experience with supervision of staff and students.
