Your New Role:
-
Deliver Key Outcomes: Work with vendors and stakeholders to design and deliver data migration between the existing Lab systems and the future Lab solution.

Stakeholder Engagement: Lead stakeholder consultation regarding data migration design, and validation.

Problem Solving: Provide solutions to problems identified, communicate options with stakeholders and agree a way forward.

Work with Different Migration Approaches: Work with Vendors, Stakeholders, and technical teams to design the best approach to data migration including HL7 messaging, and/or File based ETL.
About you:

Domain Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have strong knoweldge of health applications and associates file structures (Pathology System Experience highly desirable). Systems we are working with inclyde Epic Beaker, Magentus AUSLAB / Evolution vLab, Rhapsody Integration Engine. Experience in these is highly advantageous.

Personal Skills: Able to work independently and in a team to achieve outcomes, self-starter, comfrotable dealing with business stakeholders and delivering technical outcomes.

Project Skills: Able to deliver own workstream outcomes, on time and to a high quality.

Technical Skills: Strong background in data migration using Extract, transfer and Load approaches. SQL skills and experience are a must as well as HL7 integration expeiernece.
