About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled EA to support our Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO). This role offers a unique opportunity to build on your executive support skills while playing a key part in high level communications, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

- High level writing and communication skills, able to craft documents and presentations.
- High level organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage executive schedules and competing priorities.
- A proactive and solutions focused mindset, anticipating needs and optimising processes.
- Proven ability to work with integrity and confidentiality in a fast paced environment, while remaining adaptable and comfortable with constant change.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support (50%) – Provide high-level administrative support to the CPCO, manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee executive and board sub-committees, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Administrative Support (25%) – Assist the Director of People & Culture and Head of Communications with operational and administrative needs.
- Communications Support (25%) – Prepare and edit key documents, manage stakeholder relationships, support major events, and maintain internal platforms to ensure templates, reports, and learning materials are up to date.
- Handle confidential documentation and correspondence with discretion.
- Assist with finance and operations tasks, including invoice management, credit card reconciliation, and event coordination.
