Operational Health & Safety Advisory:

  • Provide practical WHS advice to leaders on hazard management and risk controls
  • Support consultation requirements and HSR engagement
  • Identify and act on local safety issues and improvement opportunities

  • Manage WorkCover claims liaison with DXC and other providers
  • Coordinate suitable duties planning, RTW plans and legislative requirements
  • Oversee payroll and entitlement coordination relating to injury management

Compliance, Governance & Reporting:

  • Produce WHS reporting, trend analysis, and safety metrics
  • Support Board, executive and committee reporting as required
  • Coordinate WorkSafe engagement and regulatory correspondence

About You

You are a practical, people-focused safety professional with a genuine commitment to workplace wellbeing and compliance excellence.
