Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) is Victoria’s newest public mental health service dedicated to the care of young people aged 12 to 25 experiencing complex mental health challenges.
PYMHWS is leading a bold and values-driven transformation in youth mental health care across Melbourne’s north and west. The Opportunity:
The PCC Coordinator plays an essential role in delivering high-quality coordination, systems support and operational administration across the People, Culture and Communications portfolio.
This role will be vital in ensuring our people systems run smoothly, ensures data integrity, strengthening governance and compliance processes, and supporting key projects such as onboarding, policy implementation, training coordination and reporting.
With a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset and strong organisational capability, the PCC Coordinator helps ensure our PCC team operates efficiently, consistently and with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to staff across PYMHWS.

About the Role:
The PCC Coordinator delivers coordination and operational support across the People, Culture and Communications team, ensuring effective systems, accurate data and streamlined processes.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of people-related systems including SuccessFactors and the Learning Management System
- Coordinate data and compliance checks and updates to ensure alignment with HR, WHS and organisational requirements
- Manage the People@PYMHWS inbox and triage queries to ensure timely, helpful responses
- Coordinate onboarding, induction and exit process documentation and logistics
- Maintain dashboards, trackers and administrative processes for recruitment, training, onboarding and compliance
- Support governance activities including policy formatting, version control, and maintaining a centralised register of PCC documents
- Assist with internal communications, engagement activities, feedback loops and workforce culture initiatives
- Actively promote inclusive, safe and responsive team culture in alignment with PYMHWS values
About You:
You’re a highly organised, detail-oriented administrator or coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
✔️ Experienced in HR, project or administrative coordination
✔️ Proficient with HRIS, LMS or data systems (e.g. SuccessFactors or equivalent)
✔️ Confident working with complex data, compliance requirements and multiple stakeholders
✔️ Skilled in communication, documentation and relationship building
✔️ Solutions-focused, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
✔️ Motivated by work that strengthens culture, safety, and employee experience
